Vivid LIVE is an annual contemporary music takeover of the Opera House. 

Each year we collaborate with a visual artist to create artwork inspired by the House that can be integrated with supplied imagery and form an energetic identity for the festival.

In 2024, we collaborated with 3D artist Kushagra Gupta. The series of artworks combined Opera House concrete pillars with fluid Sydney harbour-like forms across 20 expressive crops. With the artworks as centrepiece, we crafted the identity out with vibrant colours, contrasting gradients and dynamic typography. 

The identity powered a 5-month long campaign, promoting the festival and it’s 30+ events over deliverables including social content, digital and OOH advertising and onsite signage.

I’ve been involved with various Vivid LIVE campaigns across 2022 – 2025. Across those years I’ve helped roll the campaign out across OOH, digital content and onsite deliverables. Over 2024 and 2025 I played a larger role in developing the creative into an identity across the entire festival.
