In 2023, the Opera House was invited to create historical storytelling displays on hoardings across the city – an opportunity we took to commemorate our 50th anniversary.

The hoardings were designed to ‘Celebrate the Extraordinary’, featuring a timeline of photography highlighting our iconic and milestone moments.

Designed with branded elements, the hoardings communicate the Opera House as an extraordinary place, featuring stories and imagery clearly for passers-by to uncover the House’s rich history.

My role in this project was to roll the hoardings out across multiple sites around Sydney as well as a hoarding onsite. This involved adapting the design to different placements and managing the project and delivery with various stakeholders.
