2022 AGDA Design Crafts: Illustration for Design (Finalist)




This illustration was created for a bespoke tote bag made to represent the Sydney Opera House Creative Studio team.

The illustration uses various stacked shapes to represent the different people making up our team. Surrounding these shapes is a quad, referencing the sails of the Opera House, a core graphic element of the SOH brand. Plants popping out along with fine textural details add softness to the illustration, representing the warm and welcoming nature of our team.
I respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live, the Cameraygal people, and pay my respects to Elders past, present and future.
